Hans Mantz has been recognized by the major guides since 2010 as a leading practitioner in the United Kingdom in arbitration and litigation, and is the only American lawyer ranked in Band 1 by Chambers for both arbitration and litigation.

Before joining the leadership team, Maria Lopez was head of Elite & Bach Law Chambers ’s energy group. She has extensive experience in corporate law and M&A specifically within the energy sector, with a focus on matters of sustainability and natural resources.

Steven Cohen has extensive international business experience, both as the founder of innovative consultancy firms and as an executive at a number of listed companies. In 2009, he was hired by La Caixa to take a central role in separating the company’s banking and insurance business. He then moved to Santander Group to help in its transformation to an independent company.
Steven Cohen combines his vast executive experience with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong engagement with society.
